Account Executive
Webjuice is currently seeking Account Executives to join our growing sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with smaller advertisers, agencies and internal teams
- Cold call new business prospects
- Acquire and develop new advertisers
- Develop with sales team ongoing improvements to the process of prospecting, qualifying and closing new business
- Work with Account Manager(s) to ensure client’s delivery, optimization and reporting needs are fulfilled
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, demonstrating focused sales efforts, understanding the business model, as well as understanding of the internet advertising environment
- Expand relationships by indentifying products and services that best meet client needs
- Gain knowledge and understanding of all internal systems to respond to general and specialized client requests; including billing inquiries, click activity inquiries, bidding requests, relevancy issues, etc...
- Travel 10%
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree required
- 1-2 years experience in sales/marketing – Traditional Media sales, online advertising sales and search marketing experience is a major plus
- Have a deep understanding and ability to analyze client ROI, CPM, CPC and CPA goals and data, media buying cycles, web site architecture, product / service update schedules, marketing philosophy, target demographics, etc...
- Passion for advertising sales

- Negotiating contracts and managing new business

- Negotiating contracts and be proactively managing a pipeline of new business
- Covering account setup, integration with partners, program management, etc...

Sales Manager
Webjuice is continuing to build out our sales operations and we’re looking for an Online Sales Manager to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and initiate contact with advertising prospects, through cold calls, in-person presentations and/or leveraging of existing contact lists
- Assess customer needs; develop effective sales proposals; negotiate deals; and ensure successful delivery of advertising campaigns
- Manage all communications, scheduling and approvals between the client/agency and operations team throughout the implementation process
- Negotiate unit rates, secure IOs, and secure payment
- Collaborate with Services teams on implementation, delivery and optimization of campaigns
- Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan
- Effectively identify a prospect’s needs and offer quality solutions, presenting products to C-level decision makers, through online and in-person demonstrations
- Maintain accounts and deliver superior customer service for multiple clients
- Work closely with the distribution/affiliate teams to maximize margin opportunities
- Travel 10%
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years online sales experience
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of business and advertising trends and the ability to translate this knowledge into advertising solutions for clients
- Solid understanding of online advertising and marketing, including pricing structures (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL) and media types (e.g., banners, skyscrapers, box ads, email newsletters)
- Strong understanding of the various distribution channels – media, search, email, coreg and other web 2.0 channels
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail, highly organized and flexible
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as a motivated team player
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Word and the Web

Responsibilities:
- Design, implementation, and maintenance of pragmatic high quality software to support new business opportunities
- Participate in all phase of software development cycle

Qualifications:
